Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by completing the tear off page of your last prescription or using any piece of paper as long as it has you name, date of birth and the name(s) of the items you are looking for and putting it in the order box at the surgery.

Alternatively you can register for our online services (see info below Patient Services) and order via the link at the top of this page.

Please allow 3 working days notice before collection of repeat prescriptions.

To order prescriptions online you need to fill in the registration form.

Once we have received your form a member of staff will be in touch to confirm your identity and to complete the registration process,if you have any questions or problems please call us and we will be happy to help. Each patient needs to have their own log in to us this service.
